Terms & Conditions​​


  • We accept all major credit cards, MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch and Maestro. We will also accept cheque's made payable to "NUOE" and will process your order for office furniture on receipt of clear funds.
    We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before accepting the order. Payment will be taken in full at the time of the order. A receipt for your transaction will be sent to you in the post at the address you have given us and you will be sent an automatic email receipt if purchasing on-line

Guarantee & Returns Policy 

  • If you are not entirely happy with your office furniture purchase or have changed your mind, we will exchange or refund in full, provided that the items are returned within 7 working days, unused and in their original condition. To do so you must notify us in writing by letter or email within those 7 working days to obtain a full refund, office furniture products must be returned in their original packaging in undamaged, unused condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Subject to your statutory rights, if the office furniture products are of a bespoke nature and have been made to order or altered specifically for you then they may not be returned unless they are defective or been damaged in the course of delivery.  In the unlikely event that you have any problems with the office furniture products you have purchased from us we will contact the manufacturer and try to resolve the issue under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty as speedily as possible. We only offer products that is considered to be high quality items from manufacturers who have longstanding and excellent reputations in the office furniture marketplace.  All the office furniture products are supported by a manufacturer's warranty which can be from 1 up to 15 years from date of delivery. Each office furniture manufacturer has detailed specifics on their warranties. Your statutory rights are not affected. Second User/Slight Seconds or Ex-Display office furniture items do not have any warranty of any kind and are sold on a sold as seen basis and are non returnable


  • Whilst we take the up most care to ensure that all information and pricing is accurate we reserve the right to change or correct any errors without prior notification

Tax Charges (VAT) 

  • All the prices shown in our store exclude VAT @ 20%

Import duty or tax 

  • Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due

Credit Card Security 

  • We take on line security payment seriously. That's why we use the leading on-line transaction processing company "worldpay" and "Paypal" who use the very latest 'encryption' technology to 'scramble' your details

Lead Times 

  • Lead times vary between 3 to 45 working days dependent on products ordered, unless you've ordered express delivery items which are delivered next working day.(please see FAQ's) for more details
  • We always act with the best of intentions but in the event of those lead times being put back we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the manufacturers as they are beyond our control. We will Endeavour to resolve matters in all cases to the satisfaction of the customer
